Me too still getting the feel for things myself I fill such relief for finding it. I had a block coming in now just want to tone it down. I never thought I would say that but I am not used to this much noise in my head.

I think I understand a correlation to my system. A year and a half ago I started a treatment for medical purposes. And began receiving injections in my neck as a nerve block.also had them in different parts of spine and joints. I wonder if this is cause. And I just had to use meditation to clear up and free myself?

Is this strait foreword energy healing. Or rahaiki I know I misspelled that. But there is laying of hands and then concentration healing where you affix an image in your mind and concentrate. I never knew about self protection or bubbles. I worked with meditation today. I felt like my whole body glowed with a white golden light. I felt clean invigorated. Oh what a difference it made.
