  Hi Dave and Mary Kay and All~

  I’m new, and have looked through the guidelines and even posted a couple of times.

  My question: Beneath each person’s face/avatar, among other things, it says “HAS THANKED” and “HAVE THANKS.” What do these mean, and how do I go about thanking people when I need and want to?
