I have been stalked online and in person for a long time. I finally have to ability to try to seek help from others. I have children to protect. Does anyone see any change in this situation? I have been out of work since March 2018. Longest time since I earned IT certifications, then degree.

I have some more certifications planned to return to work in IT for 2019.

Does anyone see any hope for me in financial or employment areas?
