Try your best to find ways to control your emotions. DO things that make you happy. I go to the gym or run when I feel stressed or overwhelmed or annoyed about a subject and it allows me to look at the situation in a new light.

I think it could help you! They offer free lesson in your member area. I recommend reading them and trying the concepts that they mention.

What does you intuition say? I think listening to your heart and your intuition is the best thing to do right now.

How do I use my credits to purchase one of the life leap lessons?

There is a lesson that goes over finding your purpose in life. That lesson gets your mind rolling and helps you think of what you like. I would also suggest doing things that you like and motivate you. That will probably help you find out what you want and should do.

Try surrounding yourself with people of similar interests! Try changing your normal routine and finding ways to meet new people. Like going to the gym, attending community events, etc.

The lessons that are posted in the Best Life section help a lot with discovering what could be a problem and some ways to help get rid of the problem.
