Hi I haven’t participated a lot but I want to be more involved!!!

I’m confused about what my ex is to me. I know I still love him and I have discovered that he cares for me but I’m not sure in what way. Many of my friends believe we will one day work bc of a feeling they have but I’m not sure what I think anymore. I don’t know what I am to him and what goes on in his head when he sees me or thinks of me.

I’m struggling with not feeling dread when I see my ex and remaining optimistic about our future. When I don’t see head the way I want I sometimes feel dread and lose hope. I’m not sure how to turn it around. It doesn’t last as long as it used to but I still struggle with it.

Hi! I just reviewed the first lesson on paying more attention and stepping back to observe things in life. I’m not exactly sure what I need to do though. Do I need to pay more attention to now and not to the future? Or do I just pay more attention in general to the things around me?

So my ex and I keep happening to run into each other at school. We run into each other at random times.
