I’d suggest being careful about limiting yourself to labels created by some new age guru (twin flame, soulmate). People unnecessarily kill themselves over these types of “made up” concepts. One method to use: if you have an impression (image in the mind, feeling, etc) and you can change it, it’s likely imagination. If you can’t change it, or when you try to change it and it keeps coming back, then it is often a true psychic-based impression.
