This is an interesting question. I don’t have a good answer. But I am curious what the distinction even means.

If visualization and imagination have psychic effects on the universe, then perhaps your imagination is as important as your insight. But I would be interested to hear what others think the difference is–and whether it is decernable.

What do you mean by “controlling” your emotions? I started reading one of your courses and it was talking about stepping outside of your emptions.

I think you and him need to talk and ask him any questions that are bothering you. Are you able to completely forgive him and move forward with him? If this woman is black mailing him then you may be able to inform the police or submit her harassment to someone.

You can increase your chances by focusing on seeing it happen and taking active steps to help allow it to happen.

Hi! Do you guys still talk? Sometimes people need space. I think the best thing to do is to allow her any space she wants while still letting her know that you are there for her and that you care for her.
