I know it’s not good and having three kids makes it hard it’s like am waiting for something to happen my heart feels like it’s beating quick sometimes skips A beat and m head just feels like white noise over the everyday noise if you get what I mean x

Am having a problem at the moment with noise just normal everyday stuff tv.to many people talking everything is heightened and I Carnt function in it I even start to panic sometimes any ideas on why this is happing x

I no that feeling Corina my heart was broke and even now 3 years down the line I still get h feeling In my chest.throat but time does make things easier I’ve been there xx
