I’ve been attempting to manifest a certain desire; however, I get stuck on meditating. I have trouble quieting my mind. Does anyone have any tips to help with this? Thanks in advance.

There’s a young man I know. His name is James. We were friends for about a month, and suddenly he said goodbye to me. He had his reasons, but I miss him terribly. I haven’t heard from him in weeks. Will I ever hear from him again? Does he even miss me?
