Will I be fired from my job?

I’ve been having problems recently at work. It’s gotten so bad, I’m currently under review to possibly be disciplined, maybe even fired. I really want to keep my job as it means alot to me. I’ve been working hard there for almost 11 years. To lose it now, would be disastrous for me. I also don’t want to shame my family by getting fired. I’ve been waiting over a week to hear from administration about my fate at work. What will happen? Will I get fired? Or will they give me one more chance to prove worth to keep working for them?
