I have a good friend who has all if a sudden started to push me away or is avoiding me. It’s obvious to everyone around us. I’ve asked him why or if I did anything to upset him but he says nothing is wrong. We are both married and just friends. But I hate that a friend I’m so close to would do this. Can you tell me why after all these years he is pulling away

I’ve been going thru a very similar situation to yours,I found out thru mutual friends after I quit messaging him on FB cause she began coming into my work place that his spouse freaked out on him big time so he backed the hell off on talking to me but he’d never tell me this,he’s a guy.I apologized and offered to remove him from my FB and he said thx but no need to do that,I don’t know if you and I will ever hear from our male friends again, maybe in time. Its been a hard pill to swallow but I have to show his spouse respect.Maybe try talking to your husband and get his male opinion, but my guess is his wife possibly wasn’t comfy with it

I don’t know how my friend will react to me removing him from fb but I did it to make his spouse happy,I wish I knew what will transpire between him and I but I guess I just gotta wait and see what the future holds.
