Credits: 26.00Some may not realize that creativity is a great way to express or release emotions. Artists use their emotions to create as such we can use art to release emotion or even deal with it better.
The new thing out there are coloring books for adults. These were created by a team of psychology experts who have evidence proving that art is a way to combat and deal with the stress in our lives. Creating something beautiful stimulates a positive thought process in our minds which heals depression anxiety and a host of other issues.
So grab some colored pecils crayons markers and a coloring book …. Adult or childrens will work and color your stress away try it … Blessings always!
