hi there
I am pretty new to the site so this is the first time I have posted .
I am looking for anyones opinions or experiences with twin flames .
I am struggling to understand a few things regarding a connection I have to someone even though I am in a long term relationship . It breaks my heart. I just want to know what I should do for the best .

I personally think they are bogus. This is fairy tale concept conjured up by the new age movement. People kill themselves over these “isolationist” concepts. There are many people in the world you can be happy with, and have a full loving experience. Not just one. Be careful about looking at life in a way which leaves you feeling desperate and hopeless if one relationship doesn’t work out. There are no absolutes in reality.
