Wow…good read and discribes what I was doing: self-doubt and frustration. Setting myself up for failure. I just started Dale’s Life Mastery course so I will learn how not to get into this cycle and control my emotional states. Thank you for posting.

Hi Dale,
I know that you wrote this article some years ago. However, I just came across it tonight and it was very timely for me.
I have recently created a list of things I wish to attract into my life. Your reminder to create “the emotional state” as
we visualize the goal is very helpful.
