Prior Religious Experience Impede Psychic Growth?

I grew up as a jehovah’s witness, but always felt drawn to the metaphysical. However, at times the old guilt comes back to haunt me. Can my past religious experience impede my spiritual/psychic growth?

Imho, emotional and psychological garbage from the past is what blocks most people’s ability the most. If you are serious about development, i would consider getting some legitimate training that allows you to get that stuff out of the way. Check out this:
