I have been applying to work for a school district for months with no calls. What is going on? Will they call me? What can I do to make this happen? I have tried everything!

With a school district it is not likely that they would be doing much hiring between now and the end of the school year. Normally during the summer months they are looking to fill vacancies beginning with the new school year. Many school districts are reorganizing due to necessary budget cuts. Could you possibly also apply with a different school district? Also with charter schools? It might be during the summer when you will be in a better position to secure this type of employment.
