My wife and her aspirations

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone can help with some guidance for how to help my wife and/or what she is likely to do as a job/career.
She says she feels she has failed me because she has now been through four jobs in the last five years but is still uncertain as to what her real passion is. Rebecca has to manage the house whilst I work away and that is fair bit to do in itself. I am at the point now where my council seems to not give her much hope and she does work hard at anything she does but as i now understand myself, working hard doesn’t provide a stable platform for a career to flourish as it will eventually collapse due to the constant strain on the body/mind. I also understand that this could be the tipping point and something is so close to becoming something good for her but it would great to be able to understand what is coming her way in the near future.
