      I am involved in a medical malpractice lawsuit with the rest of my life riding on the outcome. This has drug on for some time now and I am beginning to really lose it; I can feel how tightly wound I am. I need SOMETHING to help me through this and Im hoping someone here can help. Thank you so much.
