Messy divorce need some insight on whts happening

I filed for a divorce almost 9 months ago husband is fighting me on everything only been married to him for 5 years! I have spent so much money on his house before we were married. Judge wants proof on everything? I filed a complaint on him for shoving me pushing me nothing done to him in my defense? He gives my little dog away just to hurt me i did get him back through the court finally. He is a sick man who has type1 diabetes wont take his insulin has gotton to be just skin and bones now whats going on with him im so broke with money im going to end up losing everything if something just doesnt budge here real quick! Any insight im so over whelmed please help!
