Hi, I would appreciate any insight you can provide into this matter.
There is someone I have liked for quite a while now. More recently, I either find myself staring at him or when I look up he is staring at me. We’ve not spoken about that however. Specifically, I would like to explore the meaning of the staring, if he has any feelings for me and what you see for us in the future, if anything.
Thanks

Credits: 228.01There appears to be an obvious attaction on both sides. Also, a bit of shyness. When it is obvious that you have both made eye contact, you might want to initiate a brief conversation? It is important to remember that the future is not set in stone. What you can do is try to get to know him and see where this might lead.
Best wishes,
🙂July 4, 2012 at 10:07 pm #7906We’ve talked on occasion but are in a delicate situation to where even if he does feel like I do (which I was really hoping for!) I think we are both afraid of doing anything about it. We don’t work together but are in a similar scenario to where he is trying to be professional and I am trying to respect his position. Tough to say! I am hoping he takes the lead & gives me a clue to whether I can really open up to him in that way!

You might want to make sure there aren’t any underlying reasons for his hesitation to get to know you better. He could possibly be involved with someone right now. If this is the case, it most likely will not be a long term commitment. If you just continue with friendly chats, in time you will have a clearer idea where this could lead. This may take some time– it is hard, but it is important to be patient right now.
Best wishes,
