Will my mother and I get closure if I finally call the Adult Protection services or will I make things worse? If I do call will the APS actually call my brother? Thank you for considering my question. This is my last resort.

I’m not even sure what you are asking, but I’m psychically seeing that calling the APS, whatever this is, will likely make things worse. My sense is you are better off dealing with it yourself, without the claws of the 3rd party taking control. Also, I keep getting a sense you see yourself as the victim in the scenario. Instead, try to get all of your focus on what you can do to make things better, including keeping your own drama out of it when necessary. Also, what about finally getting that small business up and running?
