I am bullied at work the ladies there are secretive, and talk behind my back, I feel they are giving everyone else room to grow. Am I overreacting? will the job get better, do I have a future there?
Is it a large group of ladies? You can talk with each of them individually and confront your speculation to see what they say&go from there.
If it’s a negative environment, you should look into options for a more positive option.
A positive environment will help you in all aspects of your life.
