What is the energy of my son and his family moving out? How soon?

I’m getting early spring, but that could change. Feels like there is a willingness there, but he may need a little encouragement, or especially some troubleshooting assistance. Feels like this is about money, not about health issues or some other reason. Try to make sure this is a good plan, otherwise you could get a repeat. Although, feels like the space you have might be enough, but changes should be made to make it more comfortable for everyone.
