I’m sorry to hear of your loss. Do you have a question about this?

I’ve lost my share of loved ones over the years. Time has taught me that, many times, the dreams associated with them are more about me and my struggles with living with their loss.

This has not always been apparent to me but has revealed itself over years of meditation and contemplation.

Dreams can be symbolic and the over-arching meaning can be misunderstood in our grief.

Just remember to give yourself a break. It can take years to come to terms with the death of someone as close as a mother.
