Did I make the right decision?

I started a new career recently and in order to get better training, I chose to join a team. Soon after I started feeling uncomfortable with the expectations and demands that they put on my shoulders. I made a decision to leave and venture out on my own. Now I’m concerned whether or not I will be able to get the training and support I need for this new venture. Did I make the right decision?

I ve just done quick three cards spread for you ,going back to where you know before.
You are trying hard on this new venture to do everything right,but challenges await for you.I will do several spread on this but I need to concentrate on,I will do it tomorrow morning if that’s ok

Your jumping into things too quickly. Your like doing a belly flop and the way you’re landing is not going to be comfortable. Try to go about it at a different angle. You can’t train significant aspects without having your own foresight. I don’t think you made a bad decision because you weren’t comfortable there and frankly I think that’s beneath you. You do need some kind of structure though to learn, it seems, if you feel lost.

I think you have chosen difficult path,and it is very hard on your end,just be aware of it may fail in future.I would not worry at least you are trying it.
I don’t know what expertise you have but,overseas travelling opportunity in the future on the card.I will just leave at that
