      In the past I tried to contact my spirit guides, especially in my dreams, but they didn’t appear; I also tried astral projection and lucid dreaming. In the last 6 1/2 years I learn alot about meditation, astral projection, lucid dreaming, spirit guides, psychic abilities etc. Only sleep paralysis happen,more than 25 times in the last 2 1/2 years. Please tell me what I have to do to contact my spirit guides and to travel in astral planes. Please answer me. Thank youvery much.
