At what age will I die?Will I have a good life?Is there anything too bad and serious that will happen to me the rest of my life?
Our habits do have an impact on when most of us die so eat well, don’t smoke or abuse drugs and alcohol and wear a seat belt. All of us will have good stuff and bad stuff in our lives too. I know this is not what you want to hear but it is honest.
